Disclaimer

The foundation is established to promote and increase the animals known as: Blonde d'Aquitaine on a national level. It is truly a "breed apart" and the foundation is committed in promoting the finest cattle for production in the United States.

The foundation is taking on a very challenging task as the cattle industry in the United States is engrained in producing less quality beef than of other countries. However, if there is opportunity to introduce a breed that is superior, and of less impact on the environment, it is the time to do such.

The foundation has considered the breed and its' future potential, and after long and exhaustive research on a source of pure blood, semen and embryo collection, we feel secure in stating that the cattle produced through the foundation will be of such a quality that the cattle industry will be impacted by the future increased herds of Blonde d'Aquitaine.

The foundation has designed a program that we feel could be beneficial to qualified investors. The foundation has consulted with qualified C.P.A.s and tax attorneys and the foundation can state that assuredly that the tax strategies used in the program are completely legal and acceptable to the IRS at this time.

It must be remembered that Congress holds power to pass legislation at any time that could impact and adversely effect some or all of the tax savings found in the foundations' program. Neither can any one, or the foundation, be held responsible for any changes in the cattle industry that would have an impact and adverse effect on the value and tax advantages of investing into the Blonde d'Aquitaine breed.

In the present format, laws, and market prices, the program offers some very exceptional returns and tax advantages. The investment, like all investments, should be very carefully considered by each potential investor to be "at risk". We urge each interested party to seek competent counsel and advice from qualified individuals before making a decision to invest in Blonde d'Aquitaine cattle.

Sincerely,

Joseph D. Corno
Foundation Director
